Terms & Conditions of Service

Last updated: 23 April 2026

Welcome to QuickHim. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, liabilities, and operational regulations for the use of our entire ecosystem. This includes our website (quickhim.com), mobile applications, events, and internal business dashboards.

QuickHim operates exclusively as a digital platform managing multi-category events (e.g., Street Food Master), financial payouts, and a 1-on-1 employee referral system. Ensure you read these terms carefully, as joining our ecosystem binds you to these rules.

1. Acceptance & Privacy Policies

By actively checking the "By clicking Submit I agree to the Terms & Conditions" box via our Join Application Modal, or by continuing to use QuickHim's dashboards or mobile applications, you assume a legally binding agreement to accept these Terms in full.

To govern your personal information, our operations strictly comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). By accepting these terms, you also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

2. Eligibility & Regional Operations

QuickHim establishes specific events in heavily monitored regional sectors. Currently, business and platform applications are highly restricted:

  • Regional Limitation: We are currently exclusively accepting applicants from Ahmedabad, India. Applications processed outside of actively supported service zones will be permanently rejected.
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to form a binding contract. We do not permit minors to register for business events or facilitate payouts on the QuickHim dashboard.

3. Registered Service Manager Liability

QuickHim utilizes a 1-on-1 dedicated support model where Service Managers onboard and assist QuickHim Users.

Critical Liability Clause: All registered Service Managers associated with QuickHim assume full liability for the Users placed beneath their jurisdiction. If an onboarded User engages in financial deception, deliberately destroys platform-provided equipment, or otherwise causes a material financial loss to QuickHim, the assigned Service Manager's earnings will be garnished to recover the exact sum of the sustained damages. Furthermore, QuickHim is strictly not responsible for personal disputes occurring off-platform between Service Managers and Users.

4. Payouts, Salaries & Tax Obligations

Consequently, we structure earnings around active, verified skill-based participation:

  • Monthly salaries are structured based on progress levels, verified active participation, and event milestones recorded on your dashboard.
  • Your dashboard must actively reflect accurate, real-world data. Any discrepancy between your physical sales and the digital dashboard constitutes financial fraud.
  • Tax Disclaimer: QuickHim does not provide organizational tax advice. Users must comply with local tax laws and independently report and file taxes on salaries and payouts received.

5. Intellectual Property

QuickHim legally owns all source code, branding, logos, graphics, and proprietary operational frameworks comprising the Dashboard and Mobile App. The unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial resale of QuickHim’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate legal action.

6. Termination & Prohibited Conduct

QuickHim reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for prolonged inactivity, fraudulent activity, bad performance, or blatant violations of these Terms. In such cases where the account violated anti-fraud rules, pending payouts may be actively withheld or permanently forfeited.

If any end user or Service Manager simultaneously shows bad performance for 3-4 months, QuickHim reserves the right to terminate their platform participation, paying them only the minimum base salary associated with their level.

The following actions will guarantee immediate termination:

  • Providing untrue or fake KYC identity information.
  • Accessing the QuickHim Dashboard via automated bots, scripts, or scraping tools.
  • Utilizing QuickHim property to independently sell unauthorized physical goods.

7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

QuickHim is a highly technological operation. We experience potential downtime, software disruption, and hardware upgrades. QuickHim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, or operational data during these periods.

Force Majeure: QuickHim shall not be held responsible for systemic delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, physical strikes, pandemics, regional internet blackouts, or government actions.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Your relationship with QuickHim is strictly governed by the prevailing laws of India. To reduce legal costs and protect both parties, any civil claim, dispute over payouts, or discrepancy concerning these Terms shall first be submitted to binding arbitration or mediation.

Should mediation fail, the dispute will be exclusively resolved within the civil courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

9. Communications & Major Updates

QuickHim reserves the right to modify these Terms. When major operational or legal modifications occur, users will be promptly notified via their Dashboard interface or registered email. To securely contest a terminated account or resolve employee disputes, contact our support channel:

  • By email: contact@quickhim.com

  • Via Digital Dashboard: Utilize the internal Support Ticket system provided on your user interface.
