Cookie Policy

Last updated: 23 April 2026

QuickHim uses essential cookies for secure login, dashboard sessions, and financial activity tracking. We also use functional and analytics cookies to improve user experience. Non‑essential cookies will only be set with your consent, and you may withdraw consent or disable cookies at any time through your browser or app settings.

Our cookie practices comply strictly with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). If we expand globally, we will align with GDPR’s consent and tracking frameworks.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed within your computer's browser or mobile application. They act as secure identification cards, allowing our servers to instantly recognize your device. This is crucial for maintaining active login states within the QuickHim Dashboard and protecting your session against unauthorized access.

Unless you directly input personal information into our secure registration forms, cookies do not inherently contain personally identifiable information. However, necessary session cookies are temporarily linked to your profile to execute your financial and event operations securely.

2. How We Use Cookies & Retention

As a dynamic dashboard and event platform connecting Service Managers with Users, QuickHim relies on cookies primarily for security and functionality. For example, when you securely log in to your QuickHim account to view payouts or event statuses, we set an encrypted session cookie so you do not have to repeatedly authenticate as you navigate between dashboard pages.

Should you select the “Remember Me” option during authentication, an extended persistent cookie will be set, lasting for a retention period of two weeks, specifically for your convenience. Session cookies are instantly purged from your browser upon logging out.

Categories of Cookies Deployed

A. Strictly Necessary (Essential) Cookies

Mandatory for the QuickHim Platform to operate safely. They enable core functions such as secure dashboard logins, payment gateway routing, and anti-fraud authentication tokens. Retention: Duration of your login session.

B. Functional Cookies

These cookies remember your preferences such as region, dashboard layout language, and notification settings so you do not have to reconfigure them physically upon every login. Retention: Up to 1 year.

C. Performance & Analytics Cookies

Aggregated, non-personally identifiable cookies that help us analyze traffic bottlenecks. We track which features Employees and Users interact with most to deploy infrastructure upgrades.

D. Financial Third-Party Cookies

When executing a payout on the Dashboard, our partnered banking gateways may deploy encrypted cookies directly tied to validating the transaction. These are securely governed by the payment processor's independent security policies.

E. Mobile App Tracking & SDKs

Within the QuickHim Mobile App, we utilize secure Mobile SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics) alongside anonymous Device Identifiers to monitor application stability, crash reporting, and regional event mapping without tracking localized individual identities.

3. Consent Management & Deleting Cookies

During your initial visit to our platform, you will be presented with a cookie banner allowing you to consent to or reject non-essential cookies. You have complete authority over your browser's ongoing cookie settings. You may withdraw consent at any time via your user dashboard preferences or by configuring your browser to block them.

Please be explicitly aware that blocking 'Essential' cookies will instantly break the QuickHim Dashboard functionality, preventing you from logging in, viewing payouts, or interacting with your assigned Service Manager.

To manually clear your active cookies or learn how to restrict them, you can consult your browser's settings module or visit www.internetcookies.org for comprehensive technical guides.
