Billing & Payout Policy
Last updated: 28 June 2026
This Billing & Payout Policy describes how payments, commission splits, and payouts are calculated, tracked, and transferred within the QuickHim platform. This policy applies to all program operators, artisans, and Service Managers.
1. Tracking Sales via Dashboard
To ensure correct payout calculations, all customer orders and transaction activities must be logged directly through your QuickHim operator dashboard. Sales records entered on the dashboard must match physical receipts and sales activities. Discrepancies between digital logs and physical business operations are investigated as potential fraud.
2. Payout Splits and Platform Commissions
Any program splits, service charges, or Service Manager commissions are calculated according to the rates shown on your program dashboard. We calculate splits dynamically based on total completed orders, program structures, and referral mastery levels. These rates are updated and displayed transparently on your personal profile page.
3. Payout Schedule and Transfers
Payouts are calculated and initiated automatically. Here is how transfers are sent:
- Transfer Channels: Payouts are sent directly to the bank account or UPI ID linked to your verified profile.
- Processing Times: Standard payouts are initiated daily, weekly, or monthly depending on your program tier and salary structure. Monthly salaries are processed at the end of each calendar month. Bank processing times may take 1 to 2 business days to clear.
- Minimum Limits: Some programs have a minimum payout threshold. If your balance is below this amount, it will roll over to the next payout cycle.
4. Payout Discrepancies and Dispute Claims
If you notice any mistakes or differences in your payout, you must contact us within 7 days of the payout date. When reporting a dispute, please include screenshots of your dashboard logs and clear sales receipts to help us resolve the issue quickly.
5. Withholding Payouts
QuickHim reserves the right to hold or delay payouts if we suspect fraudulent sales, if your identity verification (KYC) fails or expires, or if we are investigating a severe violation of our Code of Conduct. Funds will remain on hold until the review is complete.
