Platform & Ownership Disclaimer
Last updated: 28 June 2026
This Platform & Ownership Disclaimer outlines the asset ownership structure, operational management, and compensation models used on the QuickHim platform.
1. Complete Platform Management & Asset Ownership
All operations, physical structures (such as Food Pods), equipment, signage, technology tools, and digital accounts are owned, managed, and controlled entirely by QuickHim. Neither end users nor Service Managers own any part of the platform, the physical setups, or the provided equipment.
2. End User Compensation and Salaries
End users do not operate as independent business owners and do not own any local setups. Instead, end users receive a monthly salary paid by QuickHim. This salary is calculated dynamically based on the end user's verified progress level and active participation metrics as displayed on their dashboard.
3. Service Manager Limitations
Service Managers are verified representatives assigned to facilitate and manage user onboarding and support. Service Managers do not own any platform assets, local setups, or user accounts. All management actions and support materials are owned and governed solely by QuickHim.
4. Earnings and Performance Requirements
While salaries are structured around progress levels, receiving full payments requires compliance with our operational guidelines, attendance records, and active milestone updates. QuickHim does not guarantee specific salary levels if an individual fails to meet the progress requirements of their registered program tier. Furthermore, if any end user or Service Manager simultaneously shows bad performance for 3-4 months, QuickHim reserves the right to terminate their platform participation, paying them only the minimum base salary associated with their level.
