Service Provider & Vendor Code of Conduct

Last updated: 28 June 2026

To maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment, we require all platform members (including Service Managers, operators, and artisans) to follow this Code of Conduct. Adhering to these rules helps protect the quality of our community and the reputation of your business.

1. Respect and Professional Behavior

All communication within the platform must remain polite and professional. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, verbal abuse, or deceptive actions directed at customers, other program operators, or QuickHim employees.

2. Health, Safety, and Hygiene

Because our programs often involve food preparation (like the Street Food Master program), hygiene is our highest priority. All operators must:

  • Keep food prep surfaces, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized throughout the day.
  • Wear clean clothes, protective aprons, and hairnets or caps while handling food.
  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients and discard spoiled items immediately.
  • Dispose of trash and wastewater responsibly in designated municipal areas. Never dump waste on public streets.

3. Care of Platform Equipment

Operators are responsible for keeping platform-provided assets (like Food Pods, signages, and digital tablets) safe and secure. You must report any system malfunctions or accidental damages to your assigned Service Manager immediately. Making unauthorized changes to the layout or structure of the equipment is not allowed.

4. Compliance with Local Regulations

Operators must run their setups in compliance with local municipal codes. This includes operating only within approved geographic zones, keeping sidewalks clear, adhering to local quiet hours, and holding the necessary local permits.

5. Enforcement and Account Actions

If any member (including end users, operators, artisans, or Service Managers) fails to meet these conduct standards, our compliance team will investigate the issue. Depending on the severity of the violation, QuickHim reserves the right to take the following actions:

  • Issue formal written warnings.
  • Temporarily suspend dashboard access and pause active operations.
  • Reject, withhold, or forfeit monthly salary payments and commission earnings in the event of severe misconduct.
  • Permanently terminate program participation and delete platform accounts.

Severe Violations: Severe actions that lead to immediate salary rejection and account termination include financial fraud, verbal abuse, harassment, deliberate destruction of platform equipment, theft of assets, or off-platform disputes that harm the platform's reputation.
